Parc de Vallparadís

Parc de Vallparadís is Terrassa's main urban park, a green strip running through a valley that crosses the town from north to south and serves as a natural site for large open-air events. When a festival or the town's festa major comes round, its open areas become stages: pop, rock and Catalan-language concerts, family shows in the afternoon and later sets at night, with the audience on the grass or standing in front of the stage. Being inside the town, it is easy to reach on foot from the centre or by FGC train. Much of the programming is free; where an event is ticketed, tickets are sold in advance. Bring a jacket — it cools down after dark.
